Reservation Deposit:

This Deposit is Applied Towards the Total Invoice.

A $500.00 Deposit is required for your reservation to rent a Motor Home.

If cancellation is outside of 30 days of rental date, $450.00 will be refunded.

If cancellation is within 30 to 8 days of rental date, $250.00 will be refunded.

If cancellation is within 7 days of rental date, the reservation deposit of $500.00 will be Non-refundable.

Security Deposit:

Due on the Rental Date at the time of pick up.

A $1,000.00 security deposit.  The deposit may be used for Damage or Fees that might occur during the rental.

The Security Deposit will be refunded in up to 10 business days from the day the rental is returned.

Delivery Package:

Delivery includes Set-Up and Tear Down of the RV.

$100.00 Set-Up and Tear Down Fee within 25 mile radius.

Any delivery over 25 miles is charged at a rate of $2.00

per mile up to 100 mile radius. Quotes are available for

deliveries Beyond 100 miles.

One Way Rentals for RV's

Rates are $2.50 per mile up to 250 mile radius of Harrisburg Pa.

Quotes are available for pick ups beyond 250 miles.

CONDITIONS & POLICIES
RV Condition at time of customer Pickup:  pickup is Noon to 4pm unless other arrangements are made between Customer and AJ RV Rentals.

Fuel Tank is full
LP tank is full
Holding tanks are empty and deodorized
RV interior and exterior are CLEAN
Oil and fluids full/safe

RV Return Policy:
All units must be returned as scheduled.  Unscheduled late time will be charged twice the units daily rate if returned after 5pm. Noon to 5pm will be charged at rate of $80.00 Depart and Return times will be written on the Rental Agreement.  Any applicable charges will be charged accordingly from the damage deposit.

Mileage Rates:
Motor Homes Peak Season-50 miles free per day Non Peak-100 miles per day.  Mileage in excess of stated allowance will be deducted from damage deposit at .29 per mile. Mileage less than state allowance will be returned to the damage deposit.

Generator Charge:
Hours will be stated and then calculated for each rental. Usage will be deducted from damage deposit at a rate of $2.50 an hour.

Pets:
Some of our units are pet allowed. Extra cleaning charge of $25.00 per day per pet.  $300.00 fine for pets that were not added on Rental Agreement before pick up of the motor home.

Towing:
Please ask about our policy. Generally single axle and under 3000 lbs.

Age:
Must be 25 years old to drive our motor homes.

Substitute:
AJ RV Rentals Inc. reserves the right to substitute another unit at the if the scheduled unit is not available at the time of departure.

Insurance:

Before you the customer can take possession of the motor home for your use, you must EITHER:

1. Provide AJ RV Rentals Inc. with a binder or endorsement that extends to AJ RV Rentals Inc. coverage for rental unit and AJ RN Rentals Inc. from the renters personal policy. Note: the renters insurance company or agent must provide a BINDER or ENDORSEMENT to AJ RV Rentals Inc. This binder should name AJ RV Rentals Inc. as an additional insured and loss payee. The binder should also provide compressive and collision for the vehicle to value A CERTIFICATE or copy of DECLARATIONS PAGE, or insurance CARD is not sufficient. Note: Each authorized driver must provide proof of insurance for the rental.

OR

2. The renter must pay a premium to MBA in order to be added to the dealers' rental insurance policy. The renter must go to the MBA/CHOICE website and complete all required fields. Confirmation will be immediately emailed to the renter and AJ RV Rentals Inc. AJ RV Rentals must see proof of purchase prior to the renter's departure. There is no coverage provided to the renter by MBA Insurance until we have processed the renter's Addendum and you receive proof back from MBA via email or fax confirmation.

These are the only two options, there are no exceptions, and the renter Must do one of the above prior to departure with your vehicle.
